We are hiring two Product Managers to lead two different projects, each with its own specific requirements.

The Role

We are seeking experienced Product Managers to join our dynamic team. While you will be part of one cohesive product organization, you will have the opportunity to specialize and make a significant impact on one of our two core products. During the interview process, we will work with you to determine the best fit based on your experience and passion.

1. Product Manager - TruckerPath (TP): User-Growth & Community Focus
You will own the user experience and growth of our flagship driver community app. Your focus will be on understanding our drivers' needs, fostering engagement, and building a best-in-class UGC (User-Generated Content) platform.

• Drive the execution of the entire product lifecycle, from research and analysis to planning, roadmap development, and launch.
• Translate user needs and product strategy into detailed requirements, design concepts, and prototypes for the engineering team.
• Deeply understand the customer, competitive landscape, and market trends to rapidly iterate on product development.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to ensure successful product releases and organizational alignment.

2. Product Manager - TruckLoad (TL): AI-Powered Solutions Focus
You will lead the development of our next-generation AI product, designed to automate and simplify business operations for owners and small fleets. You will turn cutting-edge AI into tangible, valuable user features.

• Build AI-first products that translate user pain points into concrete, measurable outcomes.
• Translate complex problems into clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; drive execution with Design, Engineering, and Data teams.
• Design and implement AI agent workflows: intent capture, tool invocation, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop systems.
• Coordinate integrations with key third-party services (brokers, ELD/TMS, email providers like Gmail/Outlook).
• Collaborate with Marketing on GTM strategy and campaigns to drive adoption of new AI features.

Key Responsibilities (Common to Both Roles)

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on data, user feedback, and business impact.
• Work in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality features on schedule.
• Measure product performance, analyze metrics, and run experiments to inform decisions.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, users, and the engineering team.

Your skills and experience

Must-Have Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with a strong foundation in product management. The ideal candidate will have a deep skillset in one of the two areas below, but should possess:

1. For both roles:

• +3 years of product management experience for the TP track. OR +3 years of product management with shipped B2B/B2C products (mobile preferred) for the TL track.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong user empathy and a proven bias for action.
• Analytical mindset, comfortable with data, funnels, and A/B testing.
• Ownership mentality and outstanding problem-solving skills.

2. Specific Skills:

• For the TP Track: Proven experience in APP product management or product design. Ability to generate detailed design concepts, documentation, and prototypes.
• For the TL Track: Proven experience designing data/AI-powered features (LLM or agent workflows). Understanding of AI agent design and evaluation frameworks. Ability to write clear PRDs and run agile rituals.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience in the logistics, freight, or transportation industry (e.g., load boards, TMS, ELD, factoring, freight rates). This is a significant advantage for either role.
• For TP Track: Experience with UGC product design and/or Product User Growth strategies.
• For TL Track: Experience integrating third-party APIs (email, identity, payments, market data).
• Familiarity with owner-operator and dispatcher workflows.
• Experience with GPS systems or navigation products.
