Job description

We are looking for strong experienced Product Manager who will join in our amazing team and work with client to understand their business need about product in E-commerce, E-wallet and Fintech, etc. Your key responsibilities are:

• Plan and manage software development projects, including defining project scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
• Ensure timely, qualified and successful delivery of software development projects.
• Manage a team of software developers, providing direction and support to ensure successful project execution
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders across multiple countries.
• Manage project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and client communication
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across the organization.
• Perform other assigned tasks

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in software development project management
• Strong project management skills, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Experience managing teams of software developers
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience in implementing and managing agile and scrum practices within large, regulated organizations with legacy systems.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder engagement skills to influence strategy, prioritize business outcomes, and develop strategic roadmaps for business units/domains.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a business outcomes backlog, maintaining a portfolio-level view of the business domain.
