We are looking for a salaried full-time Odoo Developer for our Operations Team in Ho Chi Minh City (D1) to join us as soon as possible.

Are you passionate about developing scalable, efficient business solutions using Odoo and Python? Do you thrive in a collaborative environment where innovation and problem-solving are at the heart of what we do?

We are looking for a talented Odoo Developer to join our Ops-Team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to design, develop, and customize Odoo modules, integrate third-party applications, and optimize business processes for us and our clients. Your expertise in Python and Odoo will directly contribute to creating robust, user-friendly ERP solutions that drive efficiency and growth. Occasionally, you will also support our Incubator Team as a Python developer.

Your skills and experience

• are an experienced Python developer that knows their way around Odoo.
• are hard-driving and know how to deliver working software quickly and in high quality.
• are highly organized, diligent, and detail-oriented. You are used to working quickly and reliably, even when giving sub-par briefings.
• are a self-starter, dependable, and committed to high quality.
• ensure code quality and participate in code reviews, following CI/CD practices for continuous integration and deployment. Test automation and clean code are the bare minimum for you.
• are a team player and want to develop successful products with your cross-functional agile team.
• have very good knowledge of spoken and written English, as you will be working in an English-speaking team
• are legally allowed to work in Vietnam and willing and able to work in our office. This is not a remote job.
