Job description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Mid-Level UX Designer to help craft intuitive, user-centric experiences for the Motorist Super App. You will be directly involved in simplifying the car ownership journey, designing features that range from real-time traffic updates to vehicle valuation tools. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to deliver smart solutions that our community of drivers loves.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Design: Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups for iOS, Android, and Web platforms.
• User Research & Testing: Conduct user research, A/B testing, and usability testing with vehicle owners and dealer partners to gather actionable insights.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with developers and product managers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and function seamlessly.
• Design Systems: Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of Motorist’s design system, ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints.
• Problem Solving: Challenge the status quo, iterating quickly based on user feedback and business requirements.

Your skills and experience

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design, with a strong focus on mobile applications (iOS and Android).
• A solid portfolio showcasing end-to-end design processes, problem-solving skills, and clean, modern UI design.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, FigJam).
• Experience in conducting basic user research and translating qualitative/quantitative data into design improvements.
• A team player with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
• Proficiency in English is required to communicate with our headquarters in Singapore.
