Job Description

Coder Trove is seeking an AI Developer to join immediately working on a FinTech application. Working closely with our team you will be given regular training and support, and work in a fun and friendly team environment.

Your role:

• Build automation solutions for invoice financing and business processes.
• Integrate AI into existing infrastructure with cross-functional teams.
• Handle data preprocessing and exploratory analysis.
• Stay updated with AI/ML advancements and document workflows.
• Collaborate with the team and project manager on additional tasks.

Your skills and experience

AI & Machine Learning

• 2–3 years of AI/ML development experience
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Solid understanding of ML algorithms and data structures
• Experience with LangChain/LangGraph for LLM-based workflows
• Practical experience with RAG and vector databases (FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone, etc.)
• LLM integrations with multiple providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.); understanding fallback/resilience patterns
• Familiarity with LLM monitoring & observability tools (LangSmith, Langfuse, or similar)

Backend Development

• Solid experience with FastAPI or Django
• API development: authentication, authorization, data validation
• Experience building and maintaining Dockerized APIs
• Awareness of real-time/backend architecture (WebSocket, SSE) is a plus

Security & Best Practices

• Strong security awareness, including:
  • Prompt injection defenses
  • Secure API key handling
  • Authentication and authorization practices

Collaboration & Communication

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills (English)
• Ability to clearly articulate problems and solutions
• Experience working in international/cross-functional teams
• Capable of delivering end-to-end features with growing autonomy

Nice to Have (But Not Required):

• Frontend development experience (React/Next.js, TypeScript)
• MERN stack knowledge
• Familiarity with OpenAI APIs and fine-tuning models
• Agile/Scrum experience
