ABOUT THE ROLE

Coordinate delivery across CoSAP, an AI-powered FinTech/ERP intelligence platform for SMEs, and Fusionflow, a GPU infrastructure orchestration platform for AI workloads.

You are the delivery backbone across engineering, product, infrastructure, business, and customer-facing teams in Vietnam, Singapore, and regional markets. You turn ambiguous goals into executable plans, surface risks early, and help teams ship reliably.

We need an AI-native delivery practitioner: someone who uses AI daily to improve planning, communication, documentation, analysis, automation, and decision quality - while keeping human accountability for the final result.

AI-NATIVE MINDSET & PRACTICE

• Use ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, Notion AI, MCP servers, or custom agents for backlog shaping, meeting synthesis, risk analysis, docs, release checklists, and retrospectives.
• Apply vibe-coding-style workflows for non-production scripts, dashboards, reporting helpers, templates, workflow automations, and prototypes.
• Build reusable prompts, templates, project artifacts, and AI-assisted workflows that make delivery faster and clearer.
• Verify AI-generated plans, summaries, estimates, acceptance criteria, and documents before sharing or relying on them.
• Protect FinTech/customer data: do not expose sensitive financial, customer, or infrastructure information to unmanaged tools.
• Coach the team toward practical AI habits: better questions, faster drafts, stronger verification, and less manual coordination waste.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Run pragmatic Agile/Scrum: planning, refinement, async updates, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
• Convert business priorities into plans with owners, milestones, dependencies, risks, acceptance criteria, and timelines.
• Manage dependencies across CoSAP, Fusionflow, infrastructure, product, customer success, and leadership.
• Coordinate FinTech work involving ERP integrations, financial data, reporting, reconciliation, access control, auditability, and customer trust.
• Support release readiness: QA, validation, rollback planning, monitoring, documentation, and support handoff.
• Improve project boards, sprint cadence, templates, dashboards, checklists, and postmortem follow-up.

• Verification-minded - checks AI outputs, assumptions, data risks, edge cases, and stakeholder impact before treating anything as true.
• Clear and accountable - writes concise English updates, clarifies ownership, follows up on blockers, and escalates risks early.
• Servant leader - reduces noise, improves clarity, and removes blockers without micromanaging.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years in TPM, Agile delivery, Scrum Master, technical program, or delivery management roles.
• Experience managing software engineering projects from planning through release.
• Strong Agile/Scrum practice: planning, refinement, retrospectives, estimation, release planning.
• Technical fluency with APIs, databases, cloud/infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, and production operations.
• Hands-on daily AI-tool usage for planning, documentation, analysis, summarization, stakeholder communication, and workflow acceleration.
• Comfortable with financial data, ERP, reporting workflows, data quality, or compliance-sensitive requirements.
• Strong written and spoken English.

NICE TO HAVE

• FinTech, banking, payments, accounting software, ERP, BI, AI products, data platforms, infrastructure, or Kubernetes.
• Distributed teams across countries or international stakeholder/customer environments.
• Jira, Linear, GitHub Projects, Notion, Confluence, Slack, Miro, or similar tools.
• Prompt libraries, AI-assisted dashboards, project agents, documentation workflows, or lightweight internal automations.
• Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, PMP, SAFe, or similar certification.
