IT Manager

Job description

IT Security:

• Ensure data security, network access, and backup systems to protect company information and assets.
• Identify problematic areas and implement timely strategic solutions to address them.
• Audit IT systems and assess their outcomes to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Protect company assets, information security, and control structures to minimize risks and liabilities.
• Formulate security policies and promote compliance within the organization.

DX (Digital Transformation) Promotion:

• Plan, organize, manage, and evaluate IT infrastructure and software development initiatives in line with the company's strategic goals.
• Recruit, train, and coach IT staff, set clear job expectations, and conduct performance appraisals.
• Design, develop, implement, and coordinate IT systems, policies, and procedures to maintain a well-organized and efficient IT environment.
• Align IT activities with user needs and system functionality to support organizational policies and objectives.
• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Office 365 systems (OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Forms, etc.).
• Serve as the central point of contact for all ERP matters, supporting key users and contact persons across departments.

Digital Marketing Promotion:

• Manage and maintain the company's website, Facebook, e-commerce pages, and general IT infrastructure, providing technical support and ensuring smooth operations.
• Create and organize plans, allocate resources, and guide the IT team in developing new solutions to meet the company's requirements and manage project progress.
• Manage the annual IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness in resource allocation and spending.

Your skills and experience

• Position: IT Manager
• Education: Bachelor
• Major: Computer Science
• Language: Good English communication skills
• Experience: 5-7 years of experience in a similar position or related field.
