Job description

• Receive requests from customers, then analyze and research the requirements.
• Translate and explain project requirements to the developer team.
• Support other members in the team.

Preferred:

• Write test cases and perform manual testing to ensure quality before product delivery.
• Prepare documents, attend meetings, and analyze customer feedback.
• Manage project progress with the leader and report directly to the customer.

Your skills and experience

• Japanese proficiency equivalent to N2 level.
• Skills in organizing and managing tasks.
• Carefulness and proactiveness.
• Self-study ability and logical thinking.
• A passion for technology 
• Progressive mindset.

Preferred:

• Experience working in an IT company environment is a plus.
• Experience in writing test cases and performing manual testing.
• Ability to fluently communicate in Japanese (listening - speaking).
• Ability to read and understand technical documents in English.
