We’re looking for motivated Interns in Dev, QA, BA, and UI/UX to join our team in Da Nang! This hands-on internship is designed for self-driven individuals who want to bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world software engineering. Successful interns may be offered a full-time Fresher position based on performance! 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Master a Learn-and-Practice Loop / Làm chủ chu trình Học - Thực hành: 
  Your main mission is simple: spend your internship in a continuous cycle of absorbing high-level industry knowledge, putting it into immediate practice, and refining your output through senior feedback. Experience what these roles actually require in a live software environment, building an authentic, myth-free foundation for your tech career.
• Reduce the Knowledge Gap/ Thu hẹp khoảng cách lý thuyết và thực tế: 
  Turn academic foundations into combat-ready skills by tackling the real-world complexities that traditional courses never teach you.
• Test Your Boundaries & Own Your Evolution/ Thử thách và phát triển bản thân: 
  Challenge yourself every day to see how far you can push your limits, taking full ownership of your growth and narrowing the skill gap as much as humanly possible. Communicate, document, and collaborate within a cross-functional team, proving your capacity to operate as a future tech leader. 

Your skills and experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong logical thinking and analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of fundamental concepts in your target role (Dev, QA, BA, or UI/UX)—you have already taken the initiative to research and study them.
• High self-drive, a positive attitude, and an intense willingness to learn and prove yourself.
• English proficiency for technical documentation and daily collaboration.
• No extensive technical experience required—we value curiosity, drive, and foundational preparation!
