Job description
- Develop backend servers for frameworks and functional modules
- Implement game content and systems on the server side
- Conduct server optimization and large-scale performance testing
- Develop features to meet publisher live service requirements
- Build and maintain cloud services to support live operations

Your skills and experience
Qualifications
- 0–10 years of experience in server programming. Fresher is accepted and welcomed to apply
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals
- Knowledge of database fundamentals, with experience in NoSQL and RDB
General Competencies
- Passion and dedication for game development
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Positive mindset and proactive communication skills
- Strong sense of responsibility for assigned tasks
- Logical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
Job-Specific Skills
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in C++
- Understanding of socket programming with sample project experience
- Ability to design and implement scalable server systems
- Experience with server optimization and performance validation
Preferred Qualifications
- Commercial development experience in mobile/online games from start to launch
- Experience with cloud infrastructure for live service operations
- Extensive Dungeon & Fighter play experience and broad understanding of its game systems
