Job description

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Backend/Fullstack Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will help build high-performance systems that power complex algorithms, large-scale data processing, and user-facing applications for our partners and clients. You will work across backend services, system integrations, and web applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and an exceptional user experience

• Design and implement optimization algorithms for route planning and address search.
• Build systems for map address enrichment and large-scale post-transaction data processing.
• Develop and maintain management systems for franchise partners and enterprise software users.
• Design, develop, and maintain Microservices/APIs using Node.js (or Python/Golang).
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs across multiple platforms and cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud).
• Develop responsive, user-friendly web applications using ReactJS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, estimate effort, and deliver features on time.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and enforce development best practices.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with proper version control practices.
• Stay up to date with new technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Backend/Fullstack Engineer.
• Strong backend development experience with Golang, Python, or Node.js, building secure and scalable services.
• Hands-on experience with databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL (or other RDBMS), Redis.
• Solid understanding of HTTP protocol, RESTful APIs, and JSON.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized development environments.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (ReactJS preferred; Angular/Vue a plus).
• Strong collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a product-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience with geospatial data processing and mapping systems.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and large-scale data pipelines.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
