About the Role

We are looking for a Full-stack Engineer (Golang/ReactJS) to join the Engineering team in the development of website, mobile app, and e-commerce healthcare platform, using modern technologies such as Golang, ReactJS/NextJS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud Platform.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product & Feature Development

• Build and maintain backend systems using Golang and frontend interfaces using ReactJS / NextJS.
• Develop features for website, mobile app, and e-commerce healthcare platform.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and JSON-RPC APIs to support product features.
• Support and resolve issues reported by end-users, customers, and internal teams.

2. System Design & Engineering Quality

• Work with real-time and large-scale data systems, including message queues, caching layers, search engines, and cloud infrastructure.
• Contribute to performance optimization, security improvement, and scalable system design.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making.

3. Business & Operations Improvement

• Work with Product, Operations, and business teams to understand problems and propose technical solutions.
• Build solutions that improve business performance, operational efficiency, and user experience.
• Use AI tools to improve coding speed, testing, debugging, and technical decision-making.

Your skills and experience

Work Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in backend web development using Golang.
• Hands-on experience with frontend development using ReactJS, NextJS, or similar frameworks.
• Experience building scalable web applications, APIs, and distributed systems.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of concurrency patterns, microservices, and distributed architecture.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Redis, and RabbitMQ.
• Familiar with cloud infrastructure, especially Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Able to design clean APIs and build reliable, maintainable systems.
• Able to use AI tools to improve development speed, testing, debugging, and technical decision-making.

Nice to Have

• Experience developing e-commerce applications, retail systems, or healthcare platforms.
• Exposure to frontend frameworks such as NextJS, SolidJS, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of AI Agents, including agents, skills, MCP, and context management.
• Experience using Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar AI coding tools.
• Good English communication skills.
