Position Summary

We are looking for a talented Fullstack Developer with strong problem-solving skills and a sense of ownership. The ideal candidate can work independently, deliver quality results on time, and research IT issues to keep our technology effective and up-to-date. Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of the operation and POS systems for CIRCA, a retail chain, covering key modules such as inventory management, order processing, payments, invoice integration, and operational reporting.
• Build and maintain backend systems using Golang and frontend interfaces with ReactJS.
• Design and implement RESTful and JSON-RPC APIs serving POS devices, tablets, and mobile apps.
• Work with real-time, large-scale data systems, integrating components such as message queues, caching layers, search engines, and cloud infrastructure.
• Proactively contribute to performance optimization, security hardening, and scalable system design.
• Participate in architecture design, code reviews, and mentoring junior developers to ensure engineering excellence.

Your skills and experience

Requirement

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.

Backend (Golang):

• Proficient in Golang, concurrency patterns, and microservices architecture.
• Strong experience with: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch
• Hands-on experience with: Redis, RabbitMQ
• Experience working on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar.
• Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Practical experience building or maintaining JSON-RPC services.

Frontend (ReactJS):

• Strong proficiency with ReactJS, component design patterns, and state management (Redux, Context API).
• Experience working with Next.js for server-side rendering and routing.
• Familiarity or hands-on experience with SolidJS is a plus.
• Able to design intuitive and user-friendly UI/UX, especially for business-critical systems.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive layouts.
• Experience with modern UI libraries such as Material UI, Ant Design, or TailwindCSS.
• Experience with real-time data (WebSocket, polling) across devices is preferred.
