Job description

As a Web Developer at FeelDX, you will lead the development and optimisation of internal and client-facing platforms that support our immersive 3D, 4D, and 5D project planning services. From crafting sleek user interfaces to building reliable back-end systems, you will be essential in enhancing digital workflows and content delivery tools that empower our growing global team across the construction and infrastructure sectors.

What You'll Be Doing

• Front-End Development: Design and build engaging, responsive web interfaces using modern frameworks (React, Vue, etc.), aligned with FeelDX’s visual brand and creative content.
• Back-End Development: Build and maintain secure, scalable APIs and data integrations between platforms (e.g. Notion, Airtable, custom databases).
• UI/UX Improvement: Work closely with designers and stakeholders to improve user experience across internal tools and web platforms, including client dashboards, visual libraries, and content portals.
• System Integration: Integrate planning tools, visual asset management systems, and BI dashboards into a unified and userfriendly ecosystem.
• Maintenance & Support: Ensure smooth operation, updates, and bug fixing across all web assets. Monitor performance and implement improvements.
• Documentation & Collaboration: Create clear documentation and work closely with teams, including 3D artists, planners, and content writers, to support digital and creative workflows.

Your skills and experience

• A versatile developer with a passion for both clean design, solid architecture, and mobile-first development principles.
• 3+ years experience in full-stack web development, with strong skills in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, modern JS frameworks (React, Vue, etc.), and back-end technologies (Node.js, Express, Python, or similar).
• Proven experience in developing Mobile Web/Responsive Web Design (RWD), cross-browser compatibility, and optimizing web performance for mobile devices.
• Proficient with REST APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and Git-based workflows.
• Experience with UI/UX tools and concepts; ability to translate creative ideas into functional web and mobile applications.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; able to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Bonus: Familiarity with creative workflows (e.g. 3D rendering, Unreal, SketchUp, or project planning tools) hoặc kinh nghiệm làm Progressive Web Apps (PWA) là một điểm cộng lớn.
