Overview

• We are moving away from traditional "hand-coded" development. Our team operates at the intersection of AI-Agent efficiency and High-Level Architecture. Your first mission is to drive our Intranet using a Metadata-Driven approach.
• However, we are hiring for the long term. You will be a foundational member of the team, helping us build a modular software ecosystem that will power the company's future projects.

Responsibilities

• Agentic Development: You will use Claude Code as your primary partner. You won't spend your day writing boilerplate; you will spend it directing AI to build high-quality, tested, and secure features.
• Metadata Mastery: You will design systems where logic is driven by. Your goal is to build tools that are so flexible they can be "reconfigured" for new use cases without rewriting the core engine.
• System Guardian: You will oversee the "big picture." While AI generates the code, you ensure the architecture remains clean, scalable, and easy to maintain for years to come.
• Future Planning: As the company grows, you will help design and implement new internal and external platforms using our "modular-first" philosophy.

Your skills and experience

Candidate Requirements

• Node.js & React: 3+ years of professional experience. You should be comfortable with the "Middle" level, meaning you can solve problems independently without constant hand-holding.
• AI Agent Mastery: This is non-negotiable. You must have a proven workflow for working with Claude Code (or similar agents). You should know how to write effective CLAUDE.md files and how to "course-correct" an AI when it goes off-track.
• System Logic: Experience with Metadata Driven systems (where the UI and logic are defined by data/JSON rather than static code) is a huge plus.
• English: Good reading and writing skills (IELTS ~6.0+ equivalent) to interact with AI tools and technical documentation effectively.
