Job description

The Full-stack Software Engineer is responsible for tasks in the following areas:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications for Warehouse Execution Systems (WES) and Warehouse Control Systems (WCS).
• Work with Software Engineering teams to define and implement next-generation web-based user interfaces and backend services.
• Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using modern front-end technologies.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, microservices, and enterprise applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following Agile development methodologies and best practices.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and implement permanent solutions for recurring software issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve integration, infrastructure, scalability, and security challenges.
• Write technical specifications and perform risk analysis based on functional and technical requirements.
• Ensure application consistency, performance, security, availability, and scalability across all modules.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance during development and troubleshooting activities.
• Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and project teams to clarify and resolve technical issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, development standards, and engineering bestbpractices

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering or full-stack application development.
• Strong experience in Java, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, ReactJS and/or React Native, enterprise application development, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, and concurrent programming.
• Experience working with Linux, Docker, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of software troubleshooting, debugging, and production support.
• Experience building scalable, maintainable, and secure web applications.
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LESS.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally when required.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with Vue.js or Golang.
• Experience with maintenance projects or customer support environments.
• Knowledge of warehouse automation, WES/WCS systems, or supply chain software solutions.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and containerized deployments.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Basic graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop or similar tools.
