Job description

We are one of Japan's largest companies providing Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) services.
We are looking for talented individuals to help us expand our BNPL services in Vietnam.

Responsibilities

1. Software Development

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain application code and services.
• Write clean, maintainable code with robust unit and component test coverage.
• Debug and improve system reliability and performance.

2. Product Operations & Maintenance

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot existing products.
• Handle system-related operations in collaboration with CS, Sales, Accounting, and other departments.

3. Project Management

• Manage and lead development projects.
• Ensure tasks are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

4. External Collaboration

• Represent the development team in discussions and negotiations with external stakeholders.
• Communicate and coordinate with partners and vendors regarding system and product integration.

Your skills and experience

Must-have:

• 3+ years of practical experience developing web services (Backend or Frontend).
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about engineering.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in working with external partners or stakeholders (e.g., vendors, integration partners).
