FULL-STACK DEVELOPER (NodeJS/NextJS)

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Fullstack Developer (Node.js, Next.js) to join our tech team and take ownership of both backend and frontend development.

In this role, you will contribute to system architecture design, performance optimization, security, and scalability of our platforms.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO

Backend

• Design and build scalable backend systems using Node.js with clean architecture
• Develop and maintain: 
  • RESTful / GraphQL APIs
  • WebSocket / Realtime systems
• Design Microservices architecture aligned with product requirements
• Design and optimize relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
• Solve challenges related to performance, security, and scalability

Frontend

• Develop modern frontend applications using Next.js & React
• Work with SSR, SSG, ISR, routing, and React hooks
• Optimize frontend performance and Core Web Vitals
• Build responsive UI with strong UI/UX awareness

Cross-functional Work

• Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and DevOps teams
• Participate in code reviews, refactoring, and technical discussions
• Apply AI tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) in coding, debugging, testing, and documentation
• Follow and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows

Your skills and experience

Must-have

• 3+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer
• Strong proficiency in Node.js & Next.js
• Experience with Medusa.js, either through hands-on projects or production environments
• Experience building REST / GraphQL APIs and WebSocket
• Solid understanding of Microservices and Realtime systems
• Strong knowledge of relational databases
• Hands-on experience with production systems
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and Git workflow
• Experience with eCommerce platforms, systems, and business workflows.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge and experience in the travel technology industry
• Experience with Tailwind CSS, MUI, Framer Motion
• Knowledge of SEO and Core Web Vitals
• Proficient in AI-assisted software development (Vibe Coding) using tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, and ChatGPT
• Experience with AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront, Lambda)
