Job description

• Lead front-end development using React and TypeScript, with growing involvement in back-end development using Java and Spring Boot
• Strong collaboration with the team. Understand client requirements and how they translate in application features. 
• Troubleshoot the overall application with an accurate resolution. 
• Improving system quality by identifying issues and common patterns and developing standard operating procedures. 
• Integration, testing, and quality assurance 
• Structured and logical thinking, attention to detail, used to work in a time-critical development environment.
• Enhancing applications by identifying opportunities for improvement, making recommendations, and designing and implementing systems. 
• Employee may be called upon at any time to carry out any other duties deemed appropriate by the Company and its sole discretion. 
• Complying with the production and business orders, internal labor disciplines, and occupational safety regulations.

Your skills and experience

Required:

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development
• 3+ years of hands-on front-end development experience with React
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) or TypeScript
• Solid experience working with RESTful APIs
• Basic knowledge of Java and Spring Boot, with a willingness to grow back-end skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
• A proactive, collaborative mindset - you share ideas, mentor others, and contribute to team success
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
   

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with message queues (e.g., ActiveMQ), microservices, and Docker
• Exposure to software architecture design
• Experience using AI tools to improve coding efficiency or problem-solving
• Enjoyment of mentoring, pair programming, or knowledge sharing within the team
