DevOps / Platform Engineer (Kubernetes, Observability)

Job description

• Kubernetes & ảo hóa: Vận hành cụm K8s self-hosted (Kubespray/kubeadm), HA control plane, Longhorn/storage; ảo hóa KVM/libvirt trên bare-metal Linux (Ubuntu).
• CI/CD & Container: Jenkins (hoặc GitLab CI/ArgoCD), Harbor registry, build/scan/deploy pipeline, GitOps.
• Networking & Edge: HAProxy/Nginx load balancing, host-based routing, Cloudflare (Tunnel, Zero Trust/Access, DNS), VPN, firewall/NAT, troubleshooting tầng mạng.
• Security (DevSecOps): Hardening, secrets management, RBAC, IAM/Keycloak, vulnerability scanning, least-privilege, audit/compliance (ưu tiên hiểu Nghị định 13 về dữ liệu cá nhân).
• Data platform (lợi thế): MinIO/S3, Lakehouse (Iceberg/Nessie/Trino/Spark), PostgreSQL.
• Tự động hóa & vận hành: Bash/Python, IaC (Ansible/Terraform), monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana), tư duy debug độc lập, chủ động — quen môi trường on-premise/data center.
• Xây dựng CI/CD, GitOps, Monitoring, Logging, Tracing.
• Backup, DR, Security Hardening.
