DevOps Manager

Job description

We are seeking a hands-on DevOps Manager to lead and take full ownership of the DevOps discipline. You will manage the team, drive CI/CD pipeline improvements, and design and deliver cloud computing solutions and infrastructure. This role ensures high availability, scalability, and performance across our production environments while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. 

You Will Have the Opportunity To: 

• Take full ownership of the DevOps discipline and lead the team. 
• Build, improve, and manage CI/CD pipelines. 
• Design, build, and deliver cloud computing solutions, hosted services, and supporting software infrastructure. 
• Monitor server and application performance, implementing necessary improvements. 
• Collaborate with engineers on the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of infrastructure services (e.g., logging, monitoring, alerting). 
• Define operational standards, monitoring configurations, and best practices. 
• Support and troubleshoot scalability, high availability, performance, backup, and restore operations across environments. 
• Troubleshoot product and infrastructure issues in production. 
• Evaluate new tools, technologies, and processes to improve efficiency, speed, and scalability of CI/CD environments.

Your skills and experience

• 3+ years of DevOps management experience with hands-on expertise. 
• Strong experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure). 
• Experience with automation tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Salt. 
• Deep understanding of network infrastructure and protocols (HTTP, SSL/TLS), load balancing, caching, and proxying. 
• Experience working with Linux and Windows environments. 
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins and CI/CD workflows. 
• Python experience – advantageous. 
• Experience with ELK Stack or similar monitoring/logging tools – advantageous. 
• Fluent English.
