Job description

We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our team and help drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex datasets, build predictive models, and generate insights that support strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, business acumen, and technical expertise in machine learning and statistical modeling.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Build, train, and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems such as customer segmentation, demand forecasting, anomaly detection, and recommendation systems.
• Design and implement LLM-based solutions for various NLP tasks
• Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data pipelines and ensure data quality, and with AI engineers to integrate, scale, and productionize advanced AI/ML solutions.
• Create dashboards and data visualizations to monitor performance and communicate results.
• Stay up to date with advancements in data science, AI.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data science, Computer Science or a related field
• 2+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying machine learning
• models in production
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience using data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy, etc.).
• Proficiency in SQL and working with large relational databases.
• Applied experience working with LLMs, generative AI, or NLP frameworks
• (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI API)
• Strong background in statistics, probability, and experimental design.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib/plotly).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of big data tools (Spark, Flink, Kafka, or similar frameworks).
• Familiarity with MLOps practices for model deployment and monitoring.
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or research publications.
