Data Scientist

Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team. This role will focus on building predictive models, applying advanced analytics, and leveraging GenAI to deliver impactful business solutions across DatVietVAC.

1. Data Modeling & Advanced Analytics (50%)

• Conduct deep-dive and advanced analyses using SQL, Python, and other analytical tools.
• Build, validate, and maintain traditional ML/AI models and deploy pipelines in production environments (Search, Recommendation System, User Segmentation...)
• Perform feature engineering, model optimization, and performance monitoring.
• Evaluate product performance and marketing campaigns, providing actionable, data-driven recommendations.

2. Business Partnership/ Product Management (20%)

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored data solutions.
• Translate business challenges into analytical problems, identify relevant data sources, and present insights in a clear, business-friendly manner.

3. GenAI Application (20%)

• Design and develop intuitive GenAI solutions to support multiple departments (e.g., marketing, operations, product).
• Explore LLM-based applications for automation, personalization, and content generation.

4. Innovation & Technology Adoption (10%)

• Research and experiment with new analytical tools, ML frameworks, and methodologies to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Stay updated on AI/ML and GenAI trends to drive innovation within the organization.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist, preferably in technology, digital platforms, or OTT companies.
• Hands-on experience working with big data in cloud and distributed systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Familiarity with ML/AI Services on Cloud (Google Collab, VertexAI, Databricks...)
• Familiarity with Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps practices.
• Good knowledge of GenAI Services (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Meta llama 3...)
