Job description
We are looking for talented professionals to join our Data & AI team in roles ranging from Data Analyst, Data Engineer, Data Steward, to AI Engineer. Depending on your background, you will contribute to building scalable data pipelines, ensuring data quality and governance, developing BI dashboards, and implementing AI/ML solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects across fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, and AI platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, define KPIs, and translate needs into technical solutions.
Design, build, and optimize ETL pipelines, data warehouses, and cloudbased data infrastructure.
Conduct data analysis, visualization, and statistical modeling to generate actionable insights.
Ensure data governance, quality assurance, and stewardship across multiple sources.
Develop and deploy AI/ML models, including LLMs, RAG pipelines, and conversational AI solutions.
Facilitate UAT, maintain documentation (process flows, feature specs), and support change requests.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Product, Business) to deliver solutions on time.
Your skills and experience
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Statistics, or related field.
Hands-on experience in one or more areas:
○ Data Analytics & Visualization (SQL, Python/R, Power BI, Tableau, Superset).
○ Data Engineering (ETL, Data Warehouse, Spark, AWS Glue/Redshift/Athena, Azure/GCP).
○ Data Stewardship (data quality, governance, metadata, documentation).
○ AI/ML Engineering (Python, FastAPI, LLMs, LangGraph, vector search, cloud deployment).
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
Fluent in English.
