Job description

• Owning a product/product line, developing and maintaining product vision and strategies to achieve it
• Create Inception Deck to align all stakeholders and development team’s members
• Explain to the development team about the product’s market & users
• Creates the Persona and Customer Journey Map
• Creates the User Story Map and define the minimum viable product (MVP)
• Manage Product Backlog (create & list requirements)
• Make the plan for release and each time-box (iteration)
• Perform user acceptance testing
• Encourage the development team to improve development productivity and quality
• Work closely with the development team to make sure that product backlogs are understood correctly, and make adjustments in time if needed
• Work with the designer to create UI/UX flow
• Drive the product evolution through data analysis and user feedback
• Define and validate product KPI and monitor it
• Communicate with business stakeholders

Your skills and experience

• Advantageous to have 3-5 years of experience in product/service planning/UX
• Have a bachelor’s degree in business administration / Marketing / Economics / SCM or practical experience in project management/planning
• Have at least 2-year experiences related to software development
• Fluency in English is a MUST
• Communication & negotiation skill
• Organizational & analytical skill
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Data-driven focus
• Be a savvy application user or have experience in website design
• Familiarity with Agile Software Development
• Having experience in the shipping industry is a plus
