Job description

Be part of our Group Security team and help design and build modern, secure web applications that protect and enable the organization at scale. As a Fullstack Engineer, you will work with Python and React to deliver high-quality solutions, while also stepping into a leadership role to guide team members and champion secure engineering practices.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Full Stack with deep expertise in either Frontend (React, TypeScript) or Backend (REST APIs, Python FastAPI); working knowledge of the other side is sufficient
• Deep knowledge of Secure Software Development (SAST, OWASP, dependency scanning)
• Familiarity with Cloud, DevOps tools (Harness CI/CD, AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, IaC) to build, deploy, and manage applications and services. 
• Team leadership (code reviews, mentoring, sprint planning
• Collaborate with other teams to develop and deploy cloud-based solutions. 
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues related to cloud infrastructure and databases. 
• Continuously explore and adopt new technologies to improve system performance and efficiency. 

Your skills and experience

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 

• Having 5-6 years of experience in application development and support roles. 
• At least 1 year experience in building pipelines using an automation tool, like Jenkins. 
• CI/CD – Good understanding of CI/CD concepts and working knowledge of building pipelines using at least one automation tool. 
• Proven experience in AWS/ Azure DevOps implementations. (Terraform, Cloud-formation, Ansible, Jenkins) 
• Adopt to Rally for features and stories with effort estimation for Development activity and track completion of stories within sprints 
• Good English communication skills 
• Excellent Knowledge of Agile practices and SDLC principles. 
• High level of proficiency in cloud-based applications in AWS 
• Excellent documentation and communication skills including proven ability to build working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders across different functions, locations, and seniorities.  
• Ability to understand and challenge status quo, propose solutions, gain stakeholder buy in and execute to agreed resolution.
