Job description

We’re looking for a Business Leader – Digital Banking to help shape and grow our next generation of digital financial services.

This role will take end-to-end ownership of the Digital Banking business — from strategy and product development to market execution and growth.

What you’ll do

• Define the business strategy, product roadmap and growth priorities for Digital Banking.
• Lead the development and commercialization of digital financial and banking products, including lending, payments, savings and other financial services.
• Drive key business KPIs across customer growth, transaction volume, revenue, portfolio quality and profitability.
• Work closely with Product, Technology, Data, Risk, Operations and Commercial teams to bring products from concept to market.
• Develop strategic partnerships with banks, financial institutions, fintechs and ecosystem partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and continuously improve products based on customer needs, data and market trends.

Your skills and experience

• 5+ years of experience in Digital Banking, Fintech, Consumer Finance or Financial Services.
• Strong business ownership and product thinking.
• Commercial and data-driven mindset with the ability to turn ideas into scalable businesses.
• Proven ability to work across functions and drive initiatives from strategy to execution.
