Job description

Gather and analyze requirements to develop comprehensive product feature documentation.
Collaborate closely with the development team to guide product development.
Conduct meetings with stakeholders to collect, clarify, and consolidate system requirements.
Create detailed product and business documentation in various formats.
Engage with end-users to collect feedback, contributing to continuous product refinement and enhancement.
Provide training on product functionalities and monitor clients' understanding of the software.

At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
Experience working on AI products, AI-driven solutions, or data analytics projects is highly preferred.
Experience with full-scratch product development and team management skills.
Logical thinking, critical thinking, and attention to details.
Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine best solutions.
Strong ability to manage client relationships and negotiate requirement changes or budget adjustments.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Object-Oriented Analysis (OOA), and Object-Oriented Design (OOD).
Proactive, innovative, and dynamic mindset.
Good at English, especially in reading and writing.

Working time: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday (flexible hours as long as productivity is ensured).
Remote work policy allows up to 2 days per week.
