The Middle/Senior Business Analyst (Multi-Country Digital Bank Builder) will play a key part in the establishment and building of a new business. This business will act as a centralized hub providing digital solutions and application development across the TYME’s business. You will bring a passion for meeting the needs of individuals and businesses through a range of banking products as well as a deep understanding of the benefits that technology can bring to customers’ daily lives.

Your Mission:

• Work with our people and partners across our Business, Product, Design and Data teams to understand the customer needs and define the functional requirements for our global banking products
• You will bring your financial services and technology experience to facilitate the solutioning process with our world class Product Engineering teams
• A successful mission will include (1) defining solutions that solve for the big picture and long-term success of the Group (2) Balancing technical challenges with business needs, as a key voice alongside our Product and Engineering teams to manage backlogs and priorities
• Execute our ‘multi-X’ strategy. Defining solutions for one bank is one thing, applying your mind to solving for replication strategies across multiple countries is what sets a TymeX career apart from the rest

Your skills and experience

Requirements

• Your profile:
• To be successful at this role we are looking for experts who possess:
  • At least 5 years working as a dedicated Business Analyst
  • Hands-on experience in building products, features and services in the banking and financial services sector
  • Well-seasoned Business Analyst competencies and skillset, including but not limited to logical, critical, analytical thinking and problem solving
  • A curious mindset. Our company is built by people who challenge the status quo and value exponential over incremental change
  • Experience working closely with Product, Technology and Development teams in a rapidly evolving and dynamic environment
  • Proficient in English, across writing, reading, speaking, and listening
