Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Business Analyst to join our team in Hanoi or Danang, Vietnam. You’ll support our product and development teams by analyzing business requirements, gathering stakeholder needs, and helping bridge the gap between business goals and technical solutions. If you’re analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about how technology can transform business, this is your opportunity to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., product managers, internal or external clients, engineers) to collect and document business requirements
• Analysis & Documentation: Analyze user needs, market trends, and regulatory requirements to create clear specifications, user stories, and process diagrams.
• Support Product Development: Assist in defining features and user journeys for our software products, ensuring they align with customers’ goals.
• Data & Reporting: Review data from client feedback or system performance to identify opportunities for improvement and prepare basic reports or dashboards. 
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication between business and technical sides, participating in meetings and workshops.
• Quality Assurance: Participate in testing phases by verifying that solutions meet business requirements and provide input on user acceptance testing (UAT).

Your skills and experience

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (recent graduates welcome)
• Experience: 0-2 years in a business analysis or related role—entry-level candidates with relevant coursework or projects encouraged to apply.
• Core Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders and produce high-quality documents.
  • Proficiency in office tools and diagramming software.
  • Understanding of business processes and an interest in technology.
  • Basic data analysis skills will be a plus
