Job description

• Manage requirements: Gather, analyze project requirements from the client; Track changes in requirements and update relevant documentation; Ensure that all requirements are clearly understood and communicated to the development team as well as easily referenceable and searchable by teams.
• Facilitate Meetings: organize and lead meetings between the client and the development team; Ensure that all parties understand the discussion points and decisions made; Prepare and distribute meeting minutes.
• Quality Assurance: Review deliverables to ensure they meet the client’s requirements and standards; Conduct verification and provide feedback to the development team.
• Internal Communication & Support: Provide real-time requirement explanations to the team; Attend team meetings to stay updated; Bridge cultural differences to ensure smooth communication and collaboration; Educate the team about cultural norms and business practices of the client.

Your skills and experience

•  B.S., M.S. or equivalent degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant major.
• Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or JLPT N1 is required.
• Having at least 5 years of experience in software development.
• Have knowledge about Software Development Process, Object Orient Programming, etc.
• Good at logical thinking and analysis.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn (in business domain, software engineering, language).
• High responsibility and teamwork spirit.
• Proficiency in English is a plus.
• Willing to onsite in Japan is a plus
