Job Summary

We are seeking highly skilled Quality Control (QC) Engineers to join our cuttingedge security & AI company. The ideal candidates will have a strong focus on automation and leveraging AI tools to ensure the highest quality of our products and services. You will play a critical role in maintaining our standards and driving continuous improvement.

  • End-to-end Encryption Storage (top priority)
  • AI-powered chatbot for enterprise
  • Advertising platform
• Position: team member or team lead
• Open level: from Middle to Principal/Lead level 
• Work location:
  • In Vietnam: Ho Chi Minh city, central districts 
  • Onsite: only for core & high performance with extremely high benefits 
• Working hour: 
  • 9:00 - 18:00 
  • Monday to Friday 
  • Full time at the office, no hybrid & no remote

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures with a focus on automation.
• Utilize AI-driven tools for testing, defect detection, and analysis.
• Identify, track, and resolve product defects and issues.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.
• Monitor and analyze quality metrics and generate reports.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest QC methodologies and technologies, especially in automation and AI.
• For senior member:
  • Lead by example in research and development
  • Guide team members on testing skills and practices

Your skills and experience

Required Skills

• Proven experience in Quality Control or Software Testing.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, processes, and tools.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and scripting languages.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts for quality assurance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with specific AI-driven testing tools.
• Knowledge of security technologies and concepts.
• Certification in Quality Control or Software Testing (e.g., ISTQB).
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Key Skills

• Automation Testing: Ability to design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks 
• AI/Machine Learning Tools: Understanding and practical experience with AI-based testintools 
• Defect Tracking: Experience in using bug tracking systems and defect management 
• Test Planning: Creating detailed and comprehensive test plans and cases
• Scripting Languages: Skills in languages such as Python, Java, or similar for automation
