Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Automation & AI Workflow Specialist to design, implement, and optimize automation systems and AI-powered agents across our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy automated workflows using n8n and other automation platforms.
- Integrate AI agents into business processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Build custom software solutions to support marketing, data management, and internal operations.
- Identify repetitive tasks and create automation strategies to reduce manual workload.
- Monitor, maintain, and continuously optimize automation processes for reliability and scalability.
- Develop tailored AI solutions, including personal assistants and intelligent workflows, for executive, manufacturing, logistics, accounting, warehousing, and distribution teams.
Your skills and experience
- Hands-on experience with n8n, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar workflow automation tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools, large language models (LLMs), and agent-based frameworks.
- Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flow management.
- Knowledge of marketing automation is an advantage.
