Job description

• Chịu trách nhiệm vận hành và đảm bảo ổn định một hoặc một nhóm hệ thống/module được phân công, đảm bảo đáp ứng các yêu cầu về SLA, hiệu năng và tính sẵn sàng của hệ thống 
• Tham gia triển khai các thay đổi và sáng kiến kỹ thuật thông qua phối hợp với các bên liên quan (Dev, BA, SA, Infra...) 
• Xử lý các sự cố có mức độ phức tạp trong phạm vi hệ thống phụ trách, đảm bảo dịch vụ vận hành liên tục và ổn định
• Giám sát và đảm bảo ổn định hệ thống 
• Xử lý sự cố phức tạp trong phạm vi hệ thống 
• Phối hợp xử lý sự cố và vận hành với các bên liên quan 
• Tham gia triển khai change/release và sáng kiến 
• Đánh giá và đóng góp cho giải pháp kỹ thuật 
• Đề xuất và triển khai cải tiến vận hành 
• Hỗ trợ và chia sẻ kiến thức trong team

Your skills and experience

Yêu cầu công việc

1.Trình độ đào tạo/Educational Qualifications

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học với chuyên ngành Công nghệ thông tin, Khoa học máy tính, Hệ thống thông tin.... 
• Các chứng chỉ Cloud, AWS certifications (Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect – Associate, SysOps Administrator) là 1 điểm cộng

2. Kiến thức/ Chuyên môn cần có

2.1. Yêu cầu bắt buộc 

• Có kinh nghiệm vận hành ứng dụng/hệ thống trong môi trường Production
• Có hiểu biết cơ bản về Linux/Unix, SQL, database và log hệ thống
• Có kinh nghiệm theo dõi monitoring, xử lý cảnh báo, kiểm tra batch/job/service/interface
• Hiểu quy trình Incident, Change, Request trong môi trường IT vận hành
• Có khả năng phối hợp với các bên liên quan, tuân thủ quy trình vận hành, checklist/runbook/SOP và chịu được áp lực công việc trực ca/on-call nếu có yêu cầu

2.2. Yêu cầu ưu tiên/điểm cộng / Preferred Qualifications

• Có kinh nghiệm automation/script để hỗ trợ cải tiến vận hành
• Có hiểu biết về CI/CD, release pipeline, cloud, container hoặc microservice
• Có khả năng phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ ở mức component hoặc integration
• Có chứng chỉ AWS hoặc kinh nghiệm vận hành hệ thống trên cloud là lợi thế
• Có kinh nghiệm đề xuất cải tiến monitoring, alerting hoặc performance tuning.
