[APA Tech] Mid-level Full Stack Developer

Job description

What You’ll Do

• Mainly work on shipping backend features and platform improvements end-to-end
• Improve developer experience, streamline CI pipelines, and reduce friction in daily dev work
• Own backend services and APIs used internally and by clients — from design to production
• Work on a mix of product features and platform work (CMS, API, infra)
• Contribute to infrastructure tasks when needed (infra as code, cloud setup)
• Ensure systems are secure, auditable, and production-ready

• You’ve shipped systems that run in production and are used by actual users
• You improve processes — how code gets built, tested, reviewed, and shipped

The Stack

• AWS (CDK, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Fargate, RDS)
• Node.js (TypeScript)
• Strapi CMS
• GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines
• Emphasis on automation, security, and clean developer workflows

The Setup

• Cross-functional team: frontend, infra, data, product
• Lead engineer helps with requirements and direction
