Job description
◦ Provide technical direction and take ownership of architecture and system design for HRM platforms.
◦ Design, develop, and maintain complex features using ReactJS, NodeJS, and Cloud services (AWS/Azure).
◦ Make decisions on technologies, frameworks, and coding standards to ensure scalability, performance, and security.
◦ Optimize application performance, ensuring high reliability and scalability.
◦ Collaborate with BA/PM to analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions and implementation plans.
◦ Lead and mentor a team of engineers, provide training and guidance to junior/mid developers, and enforce code quality through code reviews.
◦ Participate in and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing to backlog management and product roadmap.
◦ Research, evaluate, and introduce new technologies and best practices to improve development processes.
Your skills and experience
◦ 5–7+ years of professional experience in web development, with at least 2 years in a Team Lead/Tech Lead role.
◦ Strong proficiency in ReactJS, NodeJS, and TypeScript, with hands◦ on experience in microservices architecture.
◦ Solid knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure): deployment, monitoring, and security.
◦ Hands on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes.
◦ Strong system architecture skills, problem◦ solving, and debugging capabilities.
◦ Proven experience in leading technical teams, mentoring, and workload management.
◦ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work directly with international clients.
◦ Plus: experience in building and deploying HRM or enterprise systems.
