AI Engineer (RAG , LLM)

Job description

Job Summary:

Design and implement core AI-driven backend services with a focus on integrating Generative AI capabilities, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks, and intelligent agents to enable reasoning and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrate Generative AI models (e.g., GPT) using standard RAG architectures.

• Design graph-enhanced RAG techniques to improve contextual linking and retrieval accuracy.

• Develop AI agents capable of orchestrating tasks and enabling autonomous workflows.

• Build ingestion pipelines for both structured and unstructured data.

• Optimize information retrieval systems for speed, scalability, and relevance.

Your skills and experience

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

• Familiar with LangChain or similar AI orchestration frameworks.

• Experience in GenAI, RAG, graph databases (e.g., Neo4j), and agent-based systems.

• Understanding of NLP pipelines, vector search, and system optimization techniques.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.

• Production-level experience in deploying AI systems is a strong plus.

• Strong algorithm design and experimental validation skills.

Preferred:

• Open-source contributions or AI research background.

Familiarity with ethical AI and responsible AI development practices.
