What I liked:
GĐ quan tâm nhân viên, bảo hiểm full lương, toàn nhân tài.
Người nào năng lực yếu kém làm vài năm mà ko làm được việc và toàn ngồi chơi và cảm thấy vô dụng thì tuy công ty ko đuổi cũng tự bỏ.
Được làm remote 4 ngày trong tháng tuỳ chọn. Hiếm có công ty nào quan tâm từng nhân viên và có chế độ phúc lợi tuyệt vời như vậy.
Không OT, những năm trước 2024 thì thình thoảng có dự án OT và đc trả hệ số thoả mãn.
Suggestions for improvement:
Chỉ sợ không có cơ hội được đồng hành cùng công ty. Hàng năm công ty đều có đợt tuyển nhân tài, sẽ follow để suggest bạn bè.
Giống như 1 người ăn nhiều đạm, very gút~~~

Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
