What I liked:
- Respect employee's private time, work-life balance.
- Have budget to invest in developing employee's capacity
- High average salary compared to the market benchmark, other benefits are great
- Zuhlke Day and Treat once a month, free meal and refreshments
- Great people lead, always listens, recognizes and motivates me to do what I hope to expose to
- Friendly and supportive co-workers, no toxic conversations
- Have chance to travel abroad
Rarely work overtime, my position doesn't require to OT
