What I liked:
Zuhkle Vietnam is part of a bigger company Zuhlke Group and Zuhlke APAC.
I have been with the company since 8/2022. After 3+ years, lots of things has changes, there was ups and downs and many challenges but Zuhlke Vietnam stays resilient and still growing steadily. The main reason for this is the flexibility and experience of the leader and also quality of the team.
Speaking of team dynamic, ZVN has also changed quite a lot, there is now more female college joining the team, we used to have from 0 to 1 female in the company for years, now in 2025 we have about 10 of them, which is a great improvement. Given the population under 50 engineers of ZVN, this change not only improve the quality of office time and strengthen the company culture, it also give motivation to male engineer to come to the office and work more efficient when having girls around them. Bravo to the leader of ZVN this year.
If I may give some insight, 2023 and 2024 was tough years but 2025 we had witness a strong growth, 2026 will be even better. 2025 is the good time to join ZVN I would say.
Very few occasion for overtime, if client request, it will be paid back according to labor law.
Suggestions for improvement:
The office location is Sentry P, the host are not as good as the previous one, DreamPlex. Hope that ZVN can find a better one when need to change office again.
