Văn phòng đẹp, trang bị iMac cho nhân viên.
Thời gian nghỉ trưa dài, có ăn trưa nên không phải lo suy nghĩ hôm nay ăn gì.
Dev có thể đề xuất công nghệ mới với Lead.
Mỗi cá nhân đều thật sự quan trọng trong team và công ty.
Ít khi OT, mà có OT thì có lương. Phụ thuộc vào việc estimate thời gian làm task
Suggestions for improvement:
Tuyển thêm team làm về document/design và QC.
Khâu training cho người mới cũng như những nhân viên hiện tại.
Cải thiện career path cho dev phát triển lâu dài.
