What I liked:
- Công ty vẫn đóng BHXH đầy đủ cho nhân viên, có thêm BH sức khoẻ PVI và hỗ trợ nhân viên mua BH cho người thân (khuyến khích mấy bạn nên mua cho ba mẹ)
- Làm việc trong công viên phần mềm Quang Trung quận 12 không khí thoáng đãng, nhiều cây xanh, đi ngược chiều dòng người nên cũng không kẹt xe mấy
- Có hỗ trợ chi phí học tập, thi cử để nhân viên đi học nâng cao chuyên môn
- Mỗi tháng có tổ chức đi ăn ở ngoài hoặc tại công ty, có mừng sinh nhật nhân viên, tiệc tùng anh em bí tỉ
- Có lương tháng 13
- Quầy cà phê, mì tôm, bánh kẹo đa dạng, cứu đói bữa xế
- Văn phòng khá sạch sẽ
Chính sách OT rõ ràng, có Logtime để tính lương OT
Suggestions for improvement:
- Nên trả lương tháng 13 trước tết thì anh em sẽ vui hơn
- Công ty nhận lương ngày 5 nên trước lễ thường không có lua cho anh em quẩy công ty nên trả lương vào cuối tháng

Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
