What I liked:
- Đồng nghiệp hòa đồng, thân thiện.
- Chính sách phúc lợi, thưởng Lễ, Tết hàng năm nhiều.
- Luôn trả lương đúng hạn.
- Các hoạt động về văn hóa của công ty như Team Building, VNPay Game, nghỉ mát rất thú vị.
- Ít khi phải OT.
- OT luôn được trả lương và được duyệt OT khá dễ.
Suggestions for improvement:
- Lương chưa được cao so với mặt bằng chung.
- Chính sách tăng lương còn phụ thuộc vào độ hoạt động hiệu quả của phòng ban đang làm việc.
- Hiện tại công ty mỗi năm chỉ review lương 1 lần / năm, mong có thể lên 2 lần / năm.
