What I liked:
- Công ty có phúc lợi tốt, quan tâm đến nhân viên
- Tổ chức nhiều trình hay và ý nghĩa để nhân viên tham gia
- Đồng nghiệp thân thiện, môi trường làm việc nhẹ nhàng phù hợp cho người muốn ổn định lâu dài
- Dự án đa dạng, có thể học hỏi nhiều
- Danh tiếng công ty tốt
Công ty có yêu cầu OT khá nhiều vào đêm và cuối tuần nếu dự án cần golive gấp. Tuy nhiên, đều trả tiền công OT đúng theo luật nên OK
Suggestions for improvement:
- Thu nhập chưa cạnh tranh so với các công ty khác, cần cải thiện
- Quản lý cấp trung chưa biết cách động viên và tạo động lực cho nhân viên dẫn đến nhiều khi bị nản, mất động lực vì cố gắng không được ghi nhận
Phù hợp với 1-3 năm exp tham gia
