What I liked:
Môi trường tươi trẻ, đồng nghiệp rất hoà thuận. Các BPM trong công ty thường rất tâm lý. Các phòng ban hay có các hoạt động để gắn kết nhân viên. Dev sau một thời gian thể hiện tốt vẫn có khả năng lên làm leader. Quy trình làm việc nghiêm ngặt để đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm.
Trừ khi khách hàng hối ra thì công ty không khuyến khích OT
Suggestions for improvement:
Tất cả đều rất oke, tuy nhiên công ty nên có chính sách điều chỉnh lương cạnh tranh hơn, đặc biệt cho những nhân viên gắn bó và có đóng góp lâu dài.
