OT có lương thưởng hoặc quy ra ngày nghỉ, khá là fair
Suggestions for improvement:
workload làm việc cao, đôi khi ot nhiều. Nên hạn chế OT hơn
Vào được dự án BU ổn, ae dev ngon, thân thiện
