Good workplace for fresher and junior who wants to improve their experience

What I liked:
- Super nice colleagues and team lead, they are willingly to explain and answer any question you have related to work and help you resolve your problem.
- Various type of project to work on, so you can learn various knowledge, not just fintech related.
- Focus a lot on teamwork and communication, so for those who wants to improve their communication skills, the team here would be ideal.
- Lots of snacks to feast on when you are hungry.
You don't get to pay for OT, you get compensated day in lieu instead.
Suggestions for improvement:
- Company managers (top level) may lack professional experience in people or project management, which sometimes results in unclear direction or added stress. Better alignment and transparency from leadership would improve overall project flow.
- Resource planning can be improved - some large-scale projects are often understaffed, which impacts team performance and delivery timelines.
