What I liked:
+ Ăn uống đầy đủ không thiếu gì trong tủ lạnh, có luôn ăn trưa
+ Môi trường cực năng động với các bạn trẻ, vui vẻ, nhiệt tình + Nhiều hoạt động internal để tham gia, tha hồ gắn kết
+ Môi trường thoải mái, giờ làm việc linh hoạt + Máy tính màn hình được cấp đầy đủ dù bạn ở vị trí nào + Mọi người có space để phát triển. Bãi giữ xe rộng rãi
+ Chả OT bao giờ, có một phần vì nhiều người muốn cống hiến tự ở lại, bao vui sau giờ làm
Suggestions for improvement:
+ No clear career path, team lead có vẻ còn micromanage, chưa được hiệu quả cho lắm.
+ Công ty hiện tại đang phát triển, sẽ có nhiều bạn không thích môi trường start up nhưng công ty khá ổn
Môi trường trẻ - năng động- đầy đủ mọi thứ

The salary is really good, the manager always tries to increase my salary before I request. There are many training courses about soft skills, celebrated by the CEO, and self-training about technical.
Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
