What I liked:
- Anh em hòa đồng vui vẻ, phong cách làm việc thoải mái ít áp lực cho anh em dev.
- Anh em nhiệt tình sharing và support nhau mỗi khi cần.
- Được cung cấp Macbook , Dell monitor (nếu anh em cần).
- Được làm việc Hybrid nên khá thoải mái cho các anh em nào muốn thay đổi nơi làm việc.
Thương công ty sẽ ít phải OT trừ các trường hợp như double day hoặc nhưng lúc sự kiện lớn. Đa phần là nice to have đối với các bạn Junior.
Suggestions for improvement:
- Về mặt lương thưởng tháng 13 và lương bonus thì mong công ty sẽ cải thiện nhiều hơn.
- Mong các bên tech có nhiều buổi sharing về technical cho các anh em dev nhiều hơn.
