Healthy work environment

What I liked:
If you’re looking for a place to grow both professionally and personally, this is it. The culture is defined by openness and sincerity; every voice is heard, and no idea is ever dismissed as "trivial" or "worthless." There’s a genuine sense of psychological safety here—people focus on lifting each other up rather than engaging in cutthroat competition just to stay afloat.
The company is also very proactive about professional development. The workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions are well-structured and polished. Senior colleagues are also very transparent and candid when sharing their experiences.
This company encourage not to have overtime working to maintain quality and productivity.
Suggestions for improvement:
The office space is currently a bit cramped, making it difficult for everyone to work on-site at the same time. Hopefully, the workspace will be expanded soon to accommodate the growing team.
